In a world that often feels like it is unraveling, resilience is frequently framed as strength, pushing through, or overcoming. But what if resilience is something gentler — and more honest? Drawing on the wisdom of Pema Chödrön and Kala Farnham’s song Ancient Vessel, this service explores resilience as an embodied spiritual practice: the art of making room for grief and joy, breaking and becoming, and learning how breath and belonging sustain us through it all. In times like these, resilience may be less about standing firm and more about staying open — staying tender enough to feel, and rooted enough to remain.
