Water Communion Sunday. What Will You Bring to the Feast? Our multigenerational worship service will be a creative retelling of  “Water Not Wine,” based on African and Chinese folk tales and retold by Elisa Davy Pearmain. As we begin a new congregational year by mingling our various contributions of water, each of us must answer these questions: Will I contribute the best of myself to this beloved community? Will I share my gifts, adding to our abundance, or will I hold back my gifts for my own use?  Rev. Shelly will lead our worship service with multiple participants of all ages. 

We will be holding an outdoor “Ceremony of Rededication” immediately following our Ingathering and Water Communion service. This is the culmination of our year of 300th anniversary celebrations, and has a meaningful precedent at UUCSW, following the last rededication in 1940. Please join us to be a part of UUCSW history!
