Led by Rev. Misty-Dawn Shelly
On Memorial Day, we recognize the loss of life, for those who have sacrificed for our freedom, who have fought in wars and served our armed forces.
It is a day to honor the blessings of all who have died. All are invited to bring a photo or small trinket of their loved ones to create an altar of memory. Rev. Misty-Dawn will explore how Unitarian Universalists understand death as sacred and natural, rather than an act of fear surrounded by superstition.
