Winter Gifts

Led by Rev. Misty-Dawn Shelly

Join us in honoring the gifts of Winter and its practice of presence that equip us with understanding the winter season as a time that is “rich in beauty, challenge, pregnant negativities” as Great Crosby writes in her poem Winter found in our hymnal. Crosby’s poem offers us pause and affirmation that in the midst of beauty of this season of holy days there is also pain, anger, and sadness. We will have special music by Lisa Shumway.
